    Hydraulic technology is widely used in my country's railway engineering, including rail laying, sleeper lifting and transportation machinery, railway trestle bridges, subway vehicles, rock boring machines, tire loaders, shotcreting manipulators, concrete lining formwork trolleys and other tunnel construction machinery, All use hydraulic technology extensively.

     Hydraulic technology is more common in the road transportation industry. For example, mechanical equipment such as punching and cutting machines for highway guardrails, car maintenance lifts, underground garage lifting platforms and highway bridge erectors all use hydraulic technology in large quantities.

    Picture shows the principle diagram of the hydraulic system of the track laying machine. The actuators of the system are four bidirectional quantitative hydraulic motors, which are used to drive the axle-holding gearbox to make the main engine run. The oil source of the system is the variable hydraulic pumps I 2, 3, 4 driven by four electric motors. The maximum pressure and unloading of each pump are set and controlled by the electromagnetic overflow valve 11 and the pressure relay 12. The flow rate of the pump can be adjusted. It is completed in the driver's cab; the quantitative pump 5 is used to start the four variable pumps, and the fuel supply pressure is set by the overflow valve 10.

    Taking the cart circuit as an example, through the control of the electro-hydraulic reversing valve 19, the hydraulic motors 21 and 22 can obtain two connection oil circuits during operation: when the vehicle is running, the reversing valve 19 is in the neutral position, and the motor 21 and 22 is a series oil circuit to increase the traveling speed; when starting at a low speed, the electromagnet 6YA (or 7YA) is energized, and the motors 21 and 22 are parallel oil circuits. The buffer charge point 17 is used to slow down the hydraulic shock on one side of the hydraulic motor and prevent the other side of the hydraulic motor from being emptied. The electro-hydraulic reversing valve 15 adopts a Y-type neutral function. When braking, the motor is in a floating state, which allows the cart to coast for a certain distance by inertia to facilitate alignment. The air brake system is used for the braking of the cart. Normally, the valve 15 should be returned to the neutral position before braking.
