Disc spring lock hydraulic cylinder

Disc spring hydraulic clamp is an important component for automatic control. It is the preferred automatic hydraulic clamp for heavy-duty lathes, grinders, boring and milling machines, machining centers, and flexible production lines. It is widely used in domestic heavy-duty machine tools, automation plants and other industries.  The locking force of the disc spring cylinder is provided exclusively by the disc spring. The disc spring clamping force is firm and reliable, which completely avoids the unstable clamping force of the hydraulic clamping cylinder due to leakage and pressure loss. Advantages: no leakage, high reliability, long life, no maintenance. The disc spring cylinder is used to fix the moving parts. It can automatically "clamp and relax" by changing the oil pressure. The product structure is simple and it is easy to install and use. In some occasions that are difficult to operate by hand, the butterfly spring cylinder can be used for clamping, which can effectively improve work efficiency and shorten the installation, unloading, positioning and clamping time. The hydraulic cylinder is an actuator that drives and bears a large load. It is usually required to bear the external load stably for a long time without any displacement when the operation stops. This requires the function of locking and positioning. For some occasions with high locking positioning requirements, mechanical locking hydraulic cylinders are required to avoid the slippage of the piston due to internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder. At present, there are many mechanical locking methods for hydraulic cylinders. Commonly used are sleeve type, brake disc type, snap ring type, internal expansion type and conical surface-disc spring type locking methods. Take the standard oil cylinder as an example, the oil cylinder The hydraulic structure, power clamping, sealing and clamping structure are shown in the figure above. Before leaving the factory, each set of cylinders has undergone accurate measurement, adjustment and pressure testing to ensure no leakage, constant and reliable clamping force. Disc spring locking cylinder, when high pressure oil is not passed into the oil port, the compression sleeve moves to the left under the pressure of the disc spring spring, and the opening locking sleeve is tightly pressed on the piston rod through the conical surface. Up, so that the piston rod is locked; when the oil port is filled with high-pressure oil, the high-pressure oil pushes the locker piston to move to the right, pushes the compression sleeve to move right, the disc spring is compressed, and the compression sleeve is applied to the opening lock The pressure of the special sleeve is released, and the force of the special sleeve clamp for the special sleeve is also released. At this time, the special sleeve is in the unlocked state. Under the action of the pressure oil entering from the oil port or the oil port, the pressure oil is released. The plug rod can move to the right or left freely, and the locking force can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the washer 14. With this structure, the locking force of the piston is relatively uniform, and the clamping is tight. Reliable, but the structure is slightly complicated.

Brief description of installation and commissioning: 1. Put the oil cylinder into the positioning hole, connect the oil circuit, hydraulic station and other hydraulic systems for hydraulic connection. 2. Fill the oil cylinder with oil, pressurize the system, keep the pressure under  adjust oil pressure , adjust the position of the "T" screw and the annular clamping ring, and make the "T" screw stop at the preset clamping position. 3. Eliminate the system pressure, and the disc spring cylinder can generate the set clamp specific tightening force. The "relaxation stroke" of the oil cylinder corresponds to the "relaxation oil pressure" one-to-one. When the system pressure reaches the set release oil pressure, the oil cylinder can reach the corresponding release stroke. See the table on the next page for the comparison data of "relax stroke-relax oil pressure". If you need to change the relaxation stroke, you only need to change the release pressure set by the system.
