The hydraulic control system is composed of a dedicated cartridge integrated valve combined with imported proportional pumps and various proportional valves. The speed and pressure of the pressure head can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range specified by the parameters, and it has a controllable suppression process.

The electronic control system is controlled by a computer and PLC, with a full-stroke position acquisition and detection device, which realizes digital control of digital heavy-duty mechanical drive and pressing, and sets, stores, and prints the parameters of the pressing process to ensure thick plates Forming accuracy.

The product has a lifting device and a sheet conveying roller device to improve the efficiency of sheet forming and processing; the product also has functions such as a hydraulic lock device to prevent the pressure head from slipping down and remote remote control.

Care and maintenance

1. The working oil is recommended to use No. 32 and No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.

2. The oil is strictly filtered before it is allowed to be added to the oil tank.

3. The working fluid is replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months;

4. The sliding block should be lubricated frequently, and the exposed surface of the column should be kept clean frequently, and lubricating oil should be sprayed before each work.

5. Under the nominal pressure of 500T, the maximum allowable eccentricity of the concentrated load is 40mm. Excessive eccentricity may cause strain on the column or other undesirable phenomena.

6. Calibrate and check the pressure gauge every six months;

7. If the machine is out of service for a long time, the surface of each part should be scrubbed clean and coated with anti-rust oil.

Safe operation matters

1. Those who do not understand the structure, performance or operating procedures of the machine should not start the machine without authorization

2. The machine should not be overhauled or adjusted during the working process

3. When the machine finds serious oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable action, loud noise, vibration, etc.), it should stop and analyze the cause, try to eliminate it, and not put it into production with illness

4. Do not overload or exceed the maximum eccentricity

5. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider, and the minimum mold closing height shall not be less than 600mm.

6. The grounding of electrical equipment must be firm and reliable

7. End of work every day: put the slider to the lowest position
